Extra options available
- Hydraulic lifters fitted trucks are available upon request as most of our trucks are equipped with heavy-duty walk ramps
- For all large and heavy moves, we recommend 3 or 4 movers per truck. An extra experienced Man is an additional $35 per hour
- Extra manpower may cost more per hour but will cut the total job time. significantly, thereby saving you money.
Company terms
-We provide an arrival window and are unable to provide a fixed time as we need to allow for travel time from prior jobs and depots, and also need to consider some jobs taking longer than originally scheduled.
-Any estimated time frames given to you are indicative only and some bookings may require additional trips.
They are based on our experience in facilitating services similar to yours and the information that you provide to us at the time of booking. Timeframe (and therefore fees payable) may vary due to various factors including:
-the size of the premises
-number of removalists required
-items to be relocated
-distance to travel to relocated premises
-distance to legal parking at or around the premises
-access to the premises including whether by lift or stairs and ease of moving to, from and through corridors, doorways and hallways
Cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of booking, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Payment terms
Payment is required upon completion of the job.
If the job takes longer than one day then payment of each day is required upon the completion of the same day.
An admin fee of $45 per day will apply for every day the account remains unpaid
we accept either card payments or bank transfers and for all cash payments inform our team 48 hours before commence of the move.
Hours of work
Xcel Movers will not work past 8 pm, Iff movers are willing to complete the job and depending upon the amount of job remaining, work will be allowed to continue.
A charge of $199 will be applicable on top of the bill if the customer’s assets remain in the vehicle overnight.
